I have been Jintex customer for more than 6 years. Whenever I need to buy heavy bulky items like Fridge, Washing Machines and any other items, Jintex always the no.1 top choice.
There are other "online" shopping that you can purchase from, BUT take a look at the reviews and see why I do not prefer them. No.1 reason is the delivery guys. A lot of the items when delivered are "kemek", "missing", "bad scratches". End up with heartache.
I buy a lot of items usually for renting purposes. Jintex fits them prefectly as I can arrange the time the delivery guys can come over.
I can inspect and make sure everything is OK before I pay.
I do not need to deal with rude courier guys throwing the items that I pay for until it looks like it has been used for ages.

Honestly, it's quite difficult to find good customer service from retail outlets in KL. That isn't the case however with Jintex Electronics as they are really helpful and responsive to their customers. I have purchased various items from them over the years since 2014 (from my fridge to washing machine to my air-conditioners) and with their excellent customer service and competitive pricing, I'm sure to patronize them again in the future.

I recently bought a Zanussi cooker from Jintex. The price was the lowest I could find (and I did copious amounts of research!). And I must add in a good word about their delivery guys - they came ON TIME and they were very helpful and obliging. They even helped me fit a tap adaptor, seeing that my just-delivered washing machine (from another company) was still disconnected as I didn't have the right part. Great service, great prices. I came across jintex by chance when I was searching for consumer review on the Elextrolux front loading washing machine that I wanted to buy. Some people like to go back and forth to find a best deal in town for their appliances. It may end up that they are spending much more than what they get. To name a few, these have to be added to their budgetary concerns: Tolls, fuels, parking tickets & summons, wear & tear of their vehicles and most important thing, their precious time & stress level. What more? Snatch thieves, robbers, etc. In the end, the worst case, they think that they got a 'best deal' that are not the 'best deal' at all.

When I looked at this page, it is far different from other famous big electrical companies in Malaysia. I mean this page is too simple in design but it got more information and details about the products features compared to others! And guess what, the delivery is superb! I ordered my hitachi washing machine in the afternoon of 27th near to 6pm and I received it in the morning of 28th, less than 24hours! Last Friday we ordered an oven at a very good price. It was delivered punctually to us on Tuesday. Unfortunately, about 30mins after the deliverymen had helped us set up the oven and left, we noticed the enamel paint at an obscure corner of the oven door had unexplicably been chipped off. We immediately called Kevin about this and he very kindly offered to replace it a new one on that very same evening with no questions asked. We are very thankful Kevin gave us the benefit of the doubt and did not accuse us of having caused the damage ourselves as we did, after all, receive the oven in apparent good order. I bought a washing machine, didn't work on the first try, called them, they gave me the washing machine's manufacturer(Electrolux) contact no. and asked me to contact them myself. It's fine. When i contacted the Electrolux, they asked me if i was given a delivery note? No, I only had the invoice order. The warranty would start from the date of delivery. I checked the warranty card that came with the washing machine, dealer stamp was not stamped. How do I send a warranty card that is not even stamped? This is the 2nd tme i purchased from them, previously bought 4 Mitsubishi aircond from them that came without warranty card too and was told that if there's any fault with the product just give them the receipt. Luckily of course the aircond is working fine. This would be the last time i make any purchase with them.

Mitsubishi air cons come without warranty cards. You can call to Mitsubishi to verify. The serial numbers of the air con which matters most. As for the Electrolux Washer, you can call us to assist you anytime at all if you encounter any problem with the technician.

I never have experienced a deal as easy as this.
I put an order, then very soon Kelvin contacted me, again very soon that they send them, surprisingly I make the payment only when I received the item at my home.
This company shows how multi-racial can work together, I dealt with Kelvin remotely, then a Malay & Indian guy come and send the item to me and then deal done.

This is not first time for me bought an aircond. This is my no. 7 & 8 aircond! And this is the worst contractor so far i have seen.
1. Lousy installation.
2. They used back the old cooper piping at my house which already more than 10 years age. Ask to change but reluctant. Wasted RM180 for nothing!
3. Not installed proper drainage system instead just let the aircond water flow on the outside wall!
4. Simply nailed the aircond holder instead screw it.
5. Not done house keeping at all. Just left their shits.

Bought a 1.5hp hitachi aircon based on good reviews on website. Had to wait for 5 days for the item to become available, no one called, had to check with them after no response regarding my order. Air con installer came late on the appointed date, had to wait for 2.5 hours for them to arrive, still I was patient. The last straw came when the installer was rude, speaking to me harshly. Conclusion, jintex offers good pricing, but service is poor and it is probably better to pay more and get better service from other shops like harvey norman.

Basically, the items are as i carted with few additional ones to complete my
home. Will also try to compare with other retailers. But from what I can
gather your prices are competitive against the likes of HSL, Courts, etc. I
think you already found a customer in me and it is a matter of time for me
