The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
3. Fraud: By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Jintexelectronics.com in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, Jintexelectronics.com reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.
4. Limited Right to Use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
5. Editing, Deleting and Modification. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.
6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
7. Nontransferable. Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.
8. Disclaimer. 9. Important: All prices and information herein are verified correct at the time of upload and applicable to the stores as mentioned in the site but are subject to change without prior notice. Jintexelectronics.com reserves the right to replace items with others of equal value based on stock availability. While every care has been taken in production, any inaccuracy is unintentional and regretted, thus Jintexelectronics.com shall not be held responsible. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of merchandise selling. We also reserve the right not to sell our merchandise to trade personnel at our discretion.
10. Limits. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.
11. Use of Information. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to the use and assignment of all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Services. We allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which you may purchase or otherwise obtain certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF SUCH MERCHANTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.
13. Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
14. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.
15. Payments. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. It is accepted by you that Jintexelectronics.com has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Jintexelectronics.com recommends that you check with your local customs officials or post office for further information regarding importation taxes and duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import tax and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject and delete any sales order made due to suspicion of fraud.

16. Order Acceptance Policy. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jintex Kredit (Sunway) Sdn Bhd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Jintex Kredit (Sunway) Sdn Bhd further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Jintex Kredit (Sunway) Sdn Bhd upon shipment of products that you have ordered.

17. Availability of Goods You Order. Jintexelectronics.com warehouse stock system is updated with our internet website stock database daily. The availability of goods is highly accurate. If Jintexelectronics.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Jintexelectronics.com from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Jintexelectronics.com will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Jintexelectronics.com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
18. Delivery. Jintexelectronics.com will deliver the goods you ordered on the behalf of you to the person and address you give Jintexelectronics.com at the time you make your order, provided payments has been made in full. The consignee (i.e. the person to whom the consignment is sent) will be the declarant and importer into the country for which the consignment is destined. For non-Malaysia destinations, the consignee will be responsible for both customs clearance and payment of customs duties and local taxes where required. Each item ordered will be treated as a separate sale and will be shipped and paid for separately. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our premises in Malaysia. You can keep track of your order status yourself on-line with the order tracking facility provided by the delivery companies.
19. Liability. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Jintexelectronics.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods in question provided that you notify Jintexelectronics.com of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 5 working days of delivery of the goods. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, Jintexelectronics.com shall have no liability to you unless you notify Jintexelectronics.com at sales@jintexelectronics.com

22. Submissions. All suggestions, ideas, notes, concepts and other information you may from time to time send to us (collectively, "Submissions") shall be deemed and shall remain our sole property and shall not be subject to any obligation of confidence on our part. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.
23. Return Policy. Since all goods or products is provided 'as is basis' only, we do not currently offer any refund towards your purchase. However, on certain circumstances, we may exchange if products are defective upon delivery. Consideration for refund is done on a case to case basis only.
24. Venue; Applicable Law. YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE COURT OF MALAYSIA. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT MALAYSIA IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. This site is created and controlled by Jintex Kredit (Sunway) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. As such, the laws of Malaysia will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
25. Lapsed Accounts: In order to keep Jintexelectronics.com membership roster current, if a Member does not access his or her account for a period of 1year, Jintexelectronics.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Member's account Jintexelectronics.com will endeavor to notify a Member of Jintexelectronics.com intent to terminate such Member's account by notice to such Member's provided email address at least 14 days prior to deactivation. If the Member fails to respond to such email notice with 14 days after the day it is sent by Jintexelectronics.com, such Member's account will be terminated as noted above. Therefore, Jintexelectronics.com strongly recommends that all Members keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While Jintexelectronics.com desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, Jintexelectronics.com has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to Jintexelectronics.com to have been abandoned. Each Member agrees that failure to access his or her account for 1year or more conclusively indicates that such Member's account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.
26. Verify Members' Address: Jintexelectronics.com reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Jintexelectronics.com.
27. Promotions and discounts listed at the website Jintexelectronics.com are strictly available for online purchases only.
28. Miscellaneous: In these terms and conditions, 'Jintexelectronics.com ' means Jintex Kredit (Sunway) Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia, and whose registered office is 4, Jalan 21/12, SEA Park, 46300, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, company registration number 363666-V.
