Delivery Method
All orders are delivered using land transport in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur. We do not provide outstation delivery at this time of writing.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We are currently offering low delivery charges within Klang Valley.
Delivery charges does not include accessories such as cables, plugs, vacumm bags, spare parts as such meaning delivery shall not be made if you order a cable, plugs or other accessories.
Delivery Time
Kindly allow 2 days for processing and it should take approximately 2 to 3 days to arrive at your selected shipping address.
Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, between 11.30am to 7.30pm. However our staff would also call you for further comfirmation on the delivery schedules. Certain time might have taken by other customers or inconvenience for our delivery team.
Refund
Since all goods or products is provided 'as is basis' only, we DO NOT currently offer any refund towards your purchase. However, on certain circumstances, we may exchange if products are defective upon delivery. Consideration for refund is done on a case to case basis only.
