I bought a washing machine, didn't work on the first try, called them, they gave me the washing machine's manufacturer(Electrolux) contact no. and asked me to contact them myself. It's fine. When i contacted the Electrolux, they asked me if i was given a delivery note? No, I only had the invoice order. The warranty would start from the date of delivery. I checked the warranty card that came with the washing machine, dealer stamp was not stamped. How do I send a warranty card that is not even stamped? This is the 2nd tme i purchased from them, previously bought 4 Mitsubishi aircond from them that came without warranty card too and was told that if there's any fault with the product just give them the receipt. Luckily of course the aircond is working fine. This would be the last time i make any purchase with them.

Mitsubishi air cons come without warranty cards. You can call to Mitsubishi to verify. The serial numbers of the air con which matters most. As for the Electrolux Washer, you can call us to assist you anytime at all if you encounter any problem with the technician.
